Postpartum Depression feeling sad after giving birth.

Giving birth to a baby is one of the most important moments in the life of a woman, after many long months of waiting we finally get to meet that little person inside us. Giving birth brings so much joy and happiness but sometimes it also involved other emotions like sadness , anxiety, fear, depression, etc, and having this feelings is completely normal.
After giving birth your body goes through many changes your hormones are going like crazy, our world view change, we have going true a lot.but sometimes these feelings persist a little longer than six weeks and there is when we should talk to someone and seek help. But often as women and mothers we are silenced and do not express these feelings for fear of judgment or rejection by others form the community or famil. Postpartum depression is more common than we believe it is estimated that around 15% of women suffer from postpartum depression. and this cases of depression are not always form women give birth to there first child.
